2011 Healthy Living

Time to get going on 2011 healthy living! Diet and Exercise the old fashion way before diet pills, diet programs, sprays, shots, and shakes were invented. Time to start eating healthy and exercising the old fashion way...walking, riding bikes, portion control.

Monday, January 10th, weigh loss goal 20 pounds.

Breakfast - egg white omelette with veggies, decaf tea
Snack - celery sticks with cream cheese or peanut butter
lunch - mixed green salad with balsamic dressing
snack - sugar free fello with a dollop of cool whip -fat free
dinner - 6oz chicken breast with veggies
snack - sugar free jello pudding

goal - 100 sit down crunches - lifting legs up to my chest while sitting in a chair
3 sets of 15 reps of leg crunches
walking 30 minutes

that's my goal for Monday, Jan 10th
