Time to get going on 2011 healthy living! Diet and Exercise the old fashion way before diet pills, diet programs, sprays, shots, and shakes were invented. Time to start eating healthy and exercising the old fashion way...walking, riding bikes, portion control.
Monday, January 10th, weigh loss goal 20 pounds.
Breakfast - egg white omelette with veggies, decaf tea
Snack - celery sticks with cream cheese or peanut butter
lunch - mixed green salad with balsamic dressing
snack - sugar free fello with a dollop of cool whip -fat free
dinner - 6oz chicken breast with veggies
snack - sugar free jello pudding
goal - 100 sit down crunches - lifting legs up to my chest while sitting in a chair
3 sets of 15 reps of leg crunches
walking 30 minutes
that's my goal for Monday, Jan 10th

The Latest
The Reed family is doing well. Frank, Shannon, Reed, Nico, and Alessa are all doing great. They are all happy and looking forward to the summer.
Brina is doing well in her pregnancy. We had a little scare for awhile but she is fine and doing great. Jairus is doing nothing but work, sleep, play XBox Live, and plays with Makana.
Makana is growing every day and is talking more and more. He had a great Easter and had fun looking for his eggs. He goes to school every day with Brina and is learning a lot.
Walt is busy working with his daughter and finishing his contract with AAP. We will be sad as this will be the last year Walt will be in charge of Evening Under the Stars Charity event at the end of April, 09.
I have been traveling as usual all over the U.S. and loving every minute of it. Although the economy is causing so many hardships around us we are still surviving. We are blessed and are very thankful for all that we have.

Update
My youngest son Jairus and his wife are expecting another baby! We are looking forward to that. My oldest son Ikona is working out more and more in the gym. Frank is now the Mayor of Yucca Valley, CA and is the new CFO for the Water District. Shannon is now running Mohave Mortgage along with Walt. Right now it's a great time to be doing mortgages. They are busy, busy, busy. The grandchildren are wonderful - happy as ever. Makana is 2 years old, Reed, Nico, and Alessa are 8 and will be turning 9 in August.
